2.27-TuesdayTip-Making Time for Exercise

I want to workout but I just don't have the time!

 

I've said this a couple of times...

 

But then, my lower back starts hurting and I lose that little "spark" in my step...

 

And then, I realize...I do have time...but they only come in 20 minute time blocks.  

 

So, I "fast walk" the dog first thing in the morning...great bonding time BTW...Pick up some weights & do crunches right after work and get on the mat at the end of the day....

 

Doing this consistently, five days a week, doubles the Government-recommended Guidelines.  This will increase your lifespan and help you lead a higher quality of life!

 

Look at that...I do have the time after all
